I purchased this VL3 about 17 years ago, shortly after she had been imported directly from Italy (she's never been East of Trieste - no Viet Nam, no Indonesia). She looks very much today like she did when she left Pontadera the year Piaggio sold their millionth Vespa (except for the whitewalls, the period accessories, and a few paint nicks).
