Up for auction is a one of a kind Canard trainer concept vehicle. I bought this with the idea to make a flight training boat vehicle to teach potential training pilots flight controls with the relative safety of a boat. The Canard needs a lot of fixes and finishing touches in order to operate. Included is a a Vanguard powered parachute aircraft engine that runs fine.
