Here is a tire machine assist arm as shown, this came with some tools I purchased, I don't know anything about it and have never used one before. Aside from needing a cleaning and the bump damage near the control lever, it looks to be in good shape, I put air to it, cylinder moves up/down with no leaks that I could detect.
