1969 Mustang Fastback Project Car

This is a 1969 Mustang with a vin of 9F02F172435, even though it says rebuildable title there is actually no title with the car but I can do a bill of sale and there are mn collector license plates that come with it. Most parts are with the car but there is no tranny or engine. The drivers window I have and some stainless which is not shown in the pictures.
